How To Order

(A) Online Shopping
1. From the Shopping use the search function to select the required items. Insert the quantity required and click the "Add" button.
2. Repeat procedure for each selection.
3. At the end of shopping, click the "Check Out" button.
4. If you are registered member please login. New customers need to register your details here with Auslabresearch.info
5. Confirm address for delivery. Please provide details if it is different from the mailing address. Enter the payment method (Netbank transfer for Australian Customers, bank draft / or visa / master cards for others) and other details.
6. An email is sent when an order has been confirmed and another email when the order has been dispatched.
7. For credit card payment option, our customer officer may contact you by phone to verify your order details before the transaction is finalised and completed.

(B) Email
Please email your order to custcare@auslabresearch.info. If you prefer that credit card details are given over the phone, you may call us or request that we call you for such details.
